Agility

Being able to change position rapidly and with accuracy. It requires strength and coordination as well as concentration and execution.

Flexibility

The ability to coordinate a joint smoothly with full range of motion. Limiting factors may be joint structure, fascia or ligaments surrounding the joint, muscle length, pain tolerance or your perception of your ability.

Athleticism

The devotion to physical fitness.

- ‘Athleticism’ and an enthusiasm for sporting activities was a component of the so-called ‘Muscular Christianity’: a loosly knit movement from the end of the nineteenth century that aimed to instil into youth goodliness, patriotism and physical fitness.

Measuring personality against athletic ability. Measurable traits are emotion control, coachability, resiliency, motivation, responsibility and those alike.
