Rookie

All of our new members start as ROOKIES, regardless of their level, and complete a 5 week ‘Pre Season’ training program.

What’s expected from our ROOKIES

(ROOKIE ACHIEVEMENT PROFILE)

PHYSICAL

Complete all required exercises with good form

Have an understanding of what mobilising/warming up and cooling down/stretching is

EXPERIENCE

Train a minimum of 3 times every week for 5 consecutive weeks

COMMUNICATION

Speak openly with your coach about what your goals are and how your training is going

SPIRITUAL

Be positive about your training and start to enjoy this aspect of your lifestyle

Behaviours we expect from our Rookies

Sacred Behaviours

As a Rookie we expect you to have a desire to learn about how things are done here

Be energetic and enthusiastic about your training

Be a part of the team, offer to help if someone needs it & make sure you attend every training session

Taboo Behaviours

Not showing up for sessions isn’t acceptable, and doing so without contacting your coach prior is sacrilege

As a Rookie we don’t want you to over do it, just listen to your coach and follow instuctions

Experienced people that join InFitPTv are encouraged to not overstep their position when they are Rookies. Worthy individuals will progress very quickly in the Rankings.

 Once you’ve competently completed your ROOKIE ACHIEVEMENT PROFILE you’ll attend your graduation and begin your first season as a RISING STAR.
