THE SCIENCE – NEUROSCIENCE (NEUROPLASTICITY)
Also known as brain plasticity, neuroelasticity, or neural plasticity, is the ability of the brain to change throughout an individual’s life, e.g., brain activity associated with a given function can be transferred to a different location, the proportion of grey matter can change, and synapses may strengthen or weaken over time.
Recent research shows that many aspects of the brain can be altered even through adulthood. However, the developing brain exhibits a higher degree of plasticity than the adult brain.
Neuroplasticity can be observed at multiple scales, from microscopic changes in individual neurons to larger-scale changes such as cortical remapping in response to injury. Behavior, environmental stimuli, thought, and emotions may also cause neuroplastic change through activity-dependent plasticity, which has significant implications for healthy development, learning, memory, and recovery from brain damage.

The 5 Levels Of Self Talk
Level I—Harmful Self-talk
This is basically saying to yourself that you can’t. If you’re here, reprogramming will help you to create a better belief about yourself.

Level II—Recognizing the Need to Change “I need to…. I ought to…. I should…..”
This level of self talk is a step towards success. Have a positive attitude and you’ll start feeling good about your beliefs quickly.

Level III—Decision To Change “I never anymore…. I no longer….”
You make a decision to do something about it and act apon this decisive self talk. You think as though the change has already taken place.

Level IV—The Better You “I am organized…I have a good memory”
This level of thinking is the most effective, needed the most and generally the least used.

Level V – “I am one with the universe, and it is one with me”
Very spiritual people tend to take this kind of approach with their self talk.
