Showing dedication and persistence to your own personal development. This includes maintaining your training consistency and completing all the theory that accompanies the physical training program

Make all contributions to both yourself and the team significant and worthwhile. Offering help to others and progressing with your self development is a major part of being a Rising Star

Responding quickly and with positivity to changes in your situation and instructions from your coach

Drifting away from the team and doing things completely on your own isn’t how we do things at InFitPTv. In our community we don’t let you feel like you’re alone

It’s easy to misinterpret the reality of your situation, being dishonest to your coach about your behaviors outside of the gym will not help you to move in the right direction, and isn’t acceptable

RISING STARS WORK TO ACHIEVE THE FOLLOWING THINGS (RISING STAR ACHIEVEMENT PROFILE)

PHYSICAL

All Rising Stars will complete the Individual Exercises below with perfect technique

 You will complete the detailed 2, 3 & 4 Day Split Routines competently

Cardio Workout Routines must be completed by all Rising Stars

KNOWLEDGE

View the Anatomy Tutorial then successfully complete a short basic test

View the Nutrition Tutorial and complete short test successfully

View Physiology Tutorial and pass Test

COMMUNICATION

Rising Stars will learn about gym ethics and how to communicate with others in an exercise environment
