WE COMPLETE AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF TRAINING PER WEEK FOR 4 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS

As a Rookie we expect you to have a desire to learn about how things are done
You will be energetic and enthusiastic about your training
You’re upfront and honest about how you feel towards PersINality
Not showing up for sessions isn’t acceptable, and doing so without contacting your coach prior is sacrilege
As a Rookie we don’t want you to over do it, just listen to your coach and follow instructions
Experienced people that join InFitPTv are encouraged to not overstep their position when they are Rookies. Worthy individuals will progress very quickly in the Rankings.
EAT FOR HEALTH IS A WEBSITE DESIGNED BY NUTRITIONISTS FOR AUSTRALIANS TO LEARN ABOUT HEALTHY EATING
THIS WEBSITE PROVIDES CALORIE AND FOOD GROUP SERVING CALCULATORS
InFitPTv ROOKIES WILL CALCULATE THEIR ENERGY NEEDS AND FOOD GROUP SERVING REQUIREMENTS USING EAT FOR HEALTH
DIETS WILL BE TRACKED USING THE MY FITNESS PAL APP FOR A MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS BEFORE GRADUATING INTO BECOMING A RISING STAR
InFitPTv ROOKIES WILL SCAN AND TRACK THEIR BODY COMPOSITION USING THE PICOOC APP
ROOKIES WILL ACHIEVE A NORMAL BODY WATER RESULT BEFORE GRADUATING INTO BECOMING A RISING STAR
Once you’ve competently completed your ROOKIE ACHIEVEMENT PROFILE you’ll attend your graduation and begin your first season as a RISING STAR.

Complete all required exercises with good form
Understand what mobilising/warming up and cool down/stretching expectations are
Train a minimum of 3 times every week for 4 consecutive weeks
Speak openly with your coach about what your goals are and how well you are executing your plan
Be positive about your training and enjoy this aspect of your lifestyle
